Heidi Swedberg (born 3 March 1966 in Honolulu, Hawaii) is the actress who played Rekelen in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Profit and Loss".

She is best known for her recurring role as unfortunate NBC executive Susan Biddle Ross on the hit television sitcom Seinfeld from 1992 until 1996. Her character was engaged to George Costanza, played by Star Trek: Voyager guest actor Jason Alexander.

Swedberg has also appeared in episodes of Quantum Leap (starring Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell), Brooklyn Bridge (with her DS9 co-star Armin Shimerman), Murder, She Wrote (with William Windom), and Roswell (with William Sadler). She also co-starred with Alexander Rozhenko actor Brian Bonsall in the 1994 made-for-TV movie Father and Scout.

She made her feature film debut co-starring with Star Trek: Enterprise guest actor Jim Beaver in 1989's In Country. Her other film credits since then include Hot Shots! (1991), Up Close & Personal (1996, with Noble Willingham, Raymond Cruz, Bruce Gray, and Jack Shearer), Breast Men (1997, with Louise Fletcher, Matt Frewer, Terry O'Quinn, Michael Cavanaugh, Frank Novak, and Raphael Sbarge), the Star Trek spoof Galaxy Quest (1999, featuring Robin Sachs and Matt Winston), and Dragonfly (2002, with Susanna Thompson, Casey Biggs, and William Dennis Hunt).
