In 2365, a holo-program called Scuba Diving, Hanauma Bay, Earth was available to crew members aboard the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "The Emissary")

In 2373, aboard the USS Voyager, Neelix created a holodeck program based on the Polynesian cultures and traditions practiced on the Hawaiian islands, complete with Hawaiian music. (VOY: "Warlord")

Later that year, aboard the Voyager, after Tom Paris convinced Harry Kim to join the luau, he ordered the computer to replicate a Hawaiian shirt with a pineapple motif. (VOY: "Alter Ego")

Retroactive continuity; A 20th century-era map of the North Pacific Ocean region was stored in the USS Enterprise library computer in 2254. On this map, Hawaii was shown as being south of the Tropic of Cancer and located geograpically close to Midway Island and Wake Island. This map was among the materials viewed by the Talosians when they scanned the

Hawaii was considered as a filming location for the planet Nibiru, but ultimately a set was used. [1]
