Ensign Hart was a Starfleet officer serving aboard the Enterprise NX-01 during its maiden voyage in 2151.
In that year, Ensign Hart pulled out Commander Tucker's chair for him, leading Tucker to believe that Sub-Commander T'Pol had broken his confidence and informed others of the fact that Tucker had been impregnated by a Xyrillian female. (ENT: "Unexpected")
In the novel What Price Honor?, Ensign Hart was killed. It was revealed her first name was Alana and she served in the security department.
