Hallie Todd (born 7 January 1962; age 62) was born in Los Angeles, California as Hallie Eckstein. She is the daughter of Ann Morgan Guilbert (who played Millie in The Dick Van Dyke Show and Yetta in The Nanny) and George Eckstein, and the sister of Nora Eckstein. Todd played the Human form of Lal in Star Trek: The Next Generation's "The Offspring". She is most likely remembered as Lizzie’s mom Jo on Lizzie McGuire.
Todd acted in Going Places with Alan Ruck in 1990.
