Hali (2366)
Hali was a Mintakan hunter.
He was sent by the Mintakan leader to hunt down William Riker, who had rescued Dr. Palmer, a Federation scientist who was observing the Mintakans from a hidden location. An accident had exposed Palmer and he was captured by the Mintakans, who believed him to be an agent of their god. When Riker rescued Palmer, Hali believed that the supreme being would be angry with the Mintakans. (TNG: "Who Watches the Watchers?")
