Hajime Sorayama (born 22 February 1947; age 69) is a Japanese painter and illustrator.

He is best known for erotic art of female robots and published a work titled Sexy Robot in 1983 with works based on pin-up art with chrome-plated female robots. He was the main designer of Sony's "AIBO" robot dog in the late 1990s.

In 1997, he provided cover artwork for "Operation Assimilation" from Marvel Comics, one of his few comic covers besides ones for Tsunami Girl.
