Hadran

Hadran was the Exarch of Nehelik Province on Rakhar in 2369.

In that year, he was contacted by Benjamin Sisko and Jadzia Dax who had travelled to the planet aboard the USS Rio Grande. Sisko and Dax informed him of Croden's arrest on Deep Space 9 for the murder of Ro-Kel. Hadran demanded that he be returned to Rahkar for punishment for the crimes that he committed there. His "crimes" were later determined to be his spoken criticism of the government. (DS9: "Vortex")
