'Guy Siner (born 16 October 1947; age 76) is the New York City-born, English actor who played Malcolm Reed's father, Stuart Reed, in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Silent Enemy". However, he is best known for his role as Lieutenant Hubert Gruber on the British comedy series Allo 'Allo!.

Prior to his role on 'Allo, 'Allo, Siner appeared opposite future Star Trek: The Next Generation actor Patrick Stewart in the epic 1976 British mini-series, I, Claudius. He has also appeared on such television series as Doctor Who, Seinfeld (with Jason Alexander), Babylon 5 (with Andreas Katsulas, and Bill Mumy), Diagnosis Murder, and The Agency (with Daniel Benzali and David Clennon), and such films as The Disappearance of Kevin Johnson (1997, with Richard Beymer), Megiddo: The Omega Code 2 (2001, with Jim Metzler), Bug (2002, with Ed Begley, Jr. and John Carroll Lynch), Vlad (2003, with Brad Dourif), and Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003, with Lee Arenberg). He also made an uncredited appearance in the 1997 film Lost Highway, also featuring Jack Kehler and Michael Shamus Wiles.

Siner is one of the very small number of actors to have appeared in both the Star Trek and Doctor Who franchises. Both Siner and John Franklyn-Robbins appeared in the 1975 Doctor Who serial Genesis of the Daleks. Like Christopher Neame, W. Morgan Sheppard and Robin Sachs, Siner has achieved the trifecta of roles in Star Trek, Doctor Who and Babylon 5.
