Greg Poland is the actor and dancer who first portrayed an Elloran officer in Star Trek: Insurrection and three years later a Voyager security officer in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Repentance".

Poland started his acting career with supporting roles in Spike Lee's acclaimed drama Malcolm X (1992, with Albert Hall, Kate Vernon, Craig Wasson, Bahni Turpin, and Tim Kelleher), the action film Da Vinci's War (1993, with Michael Nouri and Branscombe Richmond), Robert Altman's television movie Black and Blue (1993), and Rob Reiner's comedy The American President (1995, with Anne Haney, Gail Strickland, Clement von Franckenstein, Richard McGonagle, Jordan Lund, George Murdock, Googy Gress, david Drew Gallagher, and Ray Uhler).
