Gooseberry cobbler is an Earth food, a dessert made out of the fruit of the Gooseberry plant which are tart, and then sweetened with sugar and baked together.
Annie Meyers offered to serve Worf gooseberry cobbler when he visited her saloon as part of the Deadwood holodeck program in 2369.
