Gina Philips (born 10 May 1970; age 53) is an actress from Miami Beach, Florida, who portrayed Varis Sul in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine first season episode "The Storyteller".

Since her appearance on Deep Space Nine, Philips had recurring roles on the television series Ally McBeal (including an episode featuring fellow Trek alumni Roy Brocksmith, Steven Culp, Kate Asner, Jay Karnes, and Clyde Kusatsu) and Boston Public (working Seymour Cassel, Larry Cedar, Harry Groener, Randy Oglesby, and John Rubinstein). She also guest-starred on Dark Skies (with Stanley Kamel and Patricia Tallman), Sliders (starring Jerry O'Connell and John Rhys-Davies), and Seven Days (with Jerome Butler and Norman Lloyd). Other series on which she appeared include ER, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and Medium with Star Trek: Voyager's Robert Beltran.

Philips' most notable role to date is that of Trish Jenner in the 2001 horror film Jeepers Creepers. She made her feature film debut in When the Bough Breaks (1993, starring Star Trek Nemesis actor Ron Perlman}. In 1995, she co-starred with Megan Gallagher in the film Breaking Free, and in 2002, she and John Savage starred in The Anarchist Cookbook. Her other film credits include Living Out Loud (1998, with Jenette Goldstein) and Dead & Breakfast (2004, with Diedrich Bader).
