A Gin'tak spear is a hand-weapon used by Klingons.
In the Romulan prison-camp on Carraya IV, the Klingon Toq used a gin'tak spear as a garden tool, about which Worf was very furious. Worf later taught Toq that a gin'tak spear was used for battle, not work. (TNG: "Birthright, Part II")
- Presumably there is some connection between this weapon and the Klingon title Gin'tak.
