Gerald "Gerry" Sackman (born 28 February 1959; age 65) is a music editor who worked on all seven seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation, the first ten episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine's third season, and all seven seasons of Star Trek: Voyager.

During his time on Star Trek, Sackman received several Emmy Award nominations and wins for Outstanding Sound Editing for a Series:

In addition to his work on the Star Trek franchise, Sackman was also a sound editor on a number of television movies, including When Billie Beat Bobby (2001, featuring Bob Gunton, Patrick Kerr, Michael Cavanaugh, Paul Collins, Tom Ormeny, Leonard Kelly-Young, Scott Klace, and Andrei Sterling) and two 2003 Eloise movies for Disney (Eloise at the Plaza and Eloise at Christmastime), both featuring David Sparrow. Other credits include the television romance Florida Straits (1987), the comedy series One on One, the television drama Damaged Care (2002), the television thriller The Pentagon Papers (2003, with Rick Winquest), the drama The Ultimate Gift (2006, with Mark McKenzie and Steven L. Smith), and The Nine episode "Inside Man" (2008, with John Rodd).
