George Truett was an employee of either Simon and Schuster Audioworks or Pocket Books. He worked in their audiobooks department and was responsible for abridging Star Trek titles for their audiobook versions when the original author was unable to do so due to deadlines.
He is also credited with "additional dialogue" on L.A. Graf's Envoy audiobook.
