Geno Silva (born 20 January 1948; age 76) played Senator Vrax in "United" and "The Aenar".
He also guest starred in Alias, The Sentinel, Murder, She Wrote, The A-Team, and T.J. Hooker.
He played Carlos the barge captain in The Lost World: Jurassic Park and "The Skull" in the 1983 version of Scarface, firing the last shot in the final shootout of the movie.
