The Gavara system was a star system in the Gamma Quadrant.
In 2372, Kira Nerys, Julian Bashir and Jadzia Dax were on a trip to the Gavara system, which was interrupted by an emergency call from the Teplan system. (DS9: "The Quickening")
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts (pg. 75), the Gavaria system was located in or near Dominion space, in the Gamma Quadrant. This was a single star system. Primary was a Class G star with a magnitude of +5, which was the same brightness as Sol. This system was a destination on the Gamma Quadrant Bio-Survey (2369-75).
