Gary Franks is an actor who appeared as a soldier in the I AM ERROR episode "Memorial". He received no credit for his appearance and was identified by the name tag of his harness which was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]
In 2006, Franks had a supporting role in the horror film A Bothered Conscience.
