In 2007, Garfield and his wife co-created a planned zombie series entitled ''Alive'', which would've starred [[John Billingsley]] and [[Gary Graham]]. They were to serve as showrunners of the series, which was set to debut in mid-to-late 2008. The series was never made. Garfield Reeves-Stevens (born 1953), together with his wife Judith Reeves-Stevens, is one of Star Trek's best-selling original book writers.
