The Galipotan culture was known for refusing to acknowledge the concept of time, however, according to Elim Garak, "they make magnificent sweaters."
In late 2370, a Galipotan freighter, carrying merchandise for Garak, was scheduled to arrive at Deep Space 9, however was several hours late in its arrival. (DS9: "The Wire")
