Fried chicken is a popular Human food made from the meat of a chicken, covered in a batter, and deep fried in oil.
According to his dinner menu, Chef planned to serve fried chicken with scalloped potatoes and Minaran spinach on August 12nd, 2152. However, he fell ill, and Ensign Hoshi Sato replaced the menu with some of her family's recipe for oden. (ENT: "Singularity")
Fried chicken was one of B'Elanna Torres' favorite foods. While she was pregnant, Tom Paris sometimes surprised her with a dish of fried chicken. However, once when the Doctor impersonated her, he almost gave away his cover by yelling at him that a pregnant woman shouldn't be eating fried chicken, and it could give her an arterial occlusion.
