Frank Lloyd is a stuntman, stunt actor, stunt coordinator, and occasional actor who worked as a stunt double in several episodes of Star Trek: Voyager, including the double for J. Paul Boehmer in "The Killing Game, Part II". He received no credit for his work.

In 2002 he was nominated for a Taurus World Stunt Award for best specialty stunt for his work in Swordfish. He shared this nomination with fellow Star Trek stuntmen Darrin Prescott, Jim Hart, Chris Palermo, Jay Caputo, Tim Rigby, and Chris Howell.

Lloyd has performed in films such as The Wild Life (1984), A Nightmare on Elm Street Part 2: Freddy's Revenge (1985, with Robert Rusler and stunts by Scott Alan Cook, Christopher Doyle, Lane Leavitt, and Denney Pierce), Spaceballs (1987), Critters 2: The Main Course (1988, with Scott Grimes, Tom Hodges, Herta Ware, Sam Anderson, and stunts by Hal Burton, Scott Alan Cook, Christopher Doyle, John Escobar, Al Jones, Lane Leavitt, and Noon Orsatti), Die Hard 2 (1990), Eve of Destruction (1991), Wayne's World (1992), Blown Away (1994), Independence Day (1996), Mars Attacks! (1996), Scream (1996, with stunts by Noby Arden, Christine Ann Baur, Tony Cecere, Christopher Doyle, Allen Robinson, and Lynn Salvatori), Mimic (1997, with F. Murray Abraham), Storm Trooper (1998), Children of the Corn V: Fields of Terror (1998, with Fred Williamson, Kane Hodder, Gary Bullock, Danny Goldring, Deborah Strang, and stunts by George Colucci, Johnny Martin, Rusty McClennon, John Meier, Paul E. Short, and Erik Stabenau), Wishmaster 2: Evil Never Dies (1999, with Vyto Ruginis and stunts by Jeff Cadiente, Johnny Martin, and Eileen Weisinger), The Sweetest Thing (2002), Be Cool (2005), and Entity: Nine (2006, with stunts by Thom Williams).

He has also performed in or coordinated for television series such as Vinny & Bobby (1992, with Vidal Peterson and Ron Taylor), Dynasty (starring Joan Collins), Renegade (starring Branscombe Richmond), Space: Above and Beyond (starring Lanei Chapman and Tucker Smallwood), Hang Time (1999, starring Megan Parlen), Nash Bridges, The Drew Carey Show (1997 and 2002, starring Diedrich Bader), and Pepper Dennis (2006, with Brett Cullen and Bob Gunton), and was a regular minor roles performer in the series Married with Children (1987-1995) and Unhappily Ever Afer (1995-1998, starring Nikki Cox).
