In a recent discussion, I listed some "entiies/Species", who could by some means, cause extremly high speeds to be acomplished. (Warp One Hundred/One Thousand, like that) Which caused a Ship to be moved many hundreds or thousands of Lightyears in an instant, or a few seconds. I've listed the ones I remember below...
Q, just snapped his fingers. Numerous References.
BORG, did it via Transwarp Conduits. Numerous References.
DOUWD, unknown application. TNG The Survivors.
CYTHERIAN, possessed Barkley and Enterprise Computer. TNG The Nth Degree.
NACENE, (Caretaker) had an Array. VOY Caretaker.
GOMTUU, did it through centrifugal force, I guess ? TNG Tin Man.
ALDEAN, via their Custodian computer. TNG When The Bough Breaks.
TRAVELER, co-effort between Enterprise Computer and his Mental Ability. TNG Where No One Has Gone Before.
Do you recall any others ? --SWHouston 06:32, November 14, 2010 (UTC)
- The OCAMPA, when Kes moved Voyager out of Borg space in VOY The Gift. --OuroborosCobra talk 14:20, November 14, 2010 (UTC)
YES, thank you OC, I had forgotten about "My gift to you". But, I can't recall if that "transition" was something specific to Kes, or, could any/all Ocampa accomplish it ? --SWHouston 17:49, November 14, 2010 (UTC)
- I think any Ocampa could accomplish it, but Kes was kind of forced to do it, so she may have been able to do it with abit more vigorous force than most XNERZHULx 18:40, December 20, 2010 (UTC)
