Does anyone know if these ships exist in the Trek universe? Back in the early seventies, these two ships were rumored to be canon. And I think there's a reference to the Westmoreland in the novel 'Mission to Horatius'. Can anyone help with any info about these two ships? Especially the U.S.S. WESTMORELAND, originally NCC-1711. But I can't seem to find anything on these ships today. Can anyone help?

-U.S.S. WESTMORELAND NCC-1713 or NCC-1711, & the U.S.S. MARYLAND NCC-45109. Does anyone know if these ships exist in the Trek universe? Back in the early seventies, these two ships were rumored to be canon.  And I think there's a reference to the Westmoreland in the novel 'Mission to Horatius' as a four crewman shuttle, though I've read it was a Constitution class Starship back in the day, (I can't recall the source). Can anyone help with any info about these two ships? Especially the U.S.S. WESTMORELAND, originally NCC-1711 or 1713. But I can't seem to find anything on these ships today. Can anyone help?
