Well, the time stamp of talk page posts is supposed to be done in UTC, a single universal time. The recent changes and other stamps can be customized to your own time zone. At least if I'm understanding the problem... --OuroborosCobra talk 03:29, July 8, 2010 (UTC)

Here's another one. I don't see how the time zone option would change the UTC timestamp, since it's not suppose to, but I can't think of anything else that would do this. - Archduk3 04:13, July 8, 2010 (UTC)
