Gary Seven's people were also able to "beam around the galaxy" (as Captain Kirk once put it ;-) and travel through time. Is there any connection between them and Daniels' temporal agents, the Iconians or the Guardian of Forever? If not in the TV shows or movies, perhaps in the "non-canonical" literature? - To the gateways and the Guardian? No. No relation in canon or literature.
