Any food or drink intake is processed and turned into some form of maintenance substance for his systems, I recall him saying on one episode. I can't remember his exact wording. ~~TheProsperousOne~~
Excellent! We're currently rewatching the whole TNG kaboodle. I didn't remember seeing him eat or drink ever but when he was teaching Lal to eat last night the question started bugging me. If I notice where Data mentions it I'll post. Profuse thanks,
