Filet mignon (left column)

Filet mignon was a thick slice of beef cut from the narrow end of a beef tenderloin.

In August 2152, Chef planned to serve a meal consisting of filet mignon, grilled curled onions, and green peas. After he fell ill, however, Hoshi Sato took over and decided to cook her family's oden instead. (ENT: "Singularity")
