A star chart of the Milky Way Galaxy, listing several important arms and stars. The chart featured USS Voyager's flight path back to Earth through the Delta Quadrant (on the bottom left) and the Beta Quadrant (top left). The chart also depicted the location of the exit aperture of the Bajoran Wormhole in the Gamma Quadrant (on the bottom right).
In 2377 and 2378, the same chart with the same path was often displayed in astrometrics on Voyager, with an additional graphic showing the projected arrival to Federation space on stardate 92690.8 in 2415. (Star Trek: Voyager Season 7)
