USS Enterprise-D differences between 6-, and 4- foot studio models (Composite from TNG-R: "The Mind's Eye")

For some reason, these comparatively similar close-up shots of the ventral side of the primary hull ventral side were both utilized in "The Mind's Eye", and constituted somewhat of a minor, and unnecessary continuity breach, as the left shot was that of the large six-foot studio model, whereas the right one was that of the smaller and in the hull paneling more pronounced four-foot model. [1] In both cases they represented a re-use of stock footage, that was previously featured in the earlier TNG episodes "11001001" and "Yesterday's Enterprise", of the large and smaller model respectively.
