The Doctor and Kes with Socrates and T'Pau
EMH program 4C was a holographic program designed by The Doctor to help him gain a better understanding of personalities. It was populated with many famous historical figures. He was able to interact and observe the characters and choose those traits that best fit with his ideal personality and integrate them into his program. The characters were usually placed within Tropical Resort Simulation 3. (VOY: "Darkling")
