Archer's great-grandfather []

Jonathan Archer's great-grandfather was a military officer who served in North Africa during the Eugenics Wars.

During one particular battle, Archer's great-grandfather's battalion was evacuating civilians, including a school full of children, from a war zone when they came under attack by the Augments.

To avoid adding to the collateral damage, Archer's great-grandfather called the Augment commander, and got him to agree to hold his fire long enough to evacuate the school.

Archer once told this story in 2153 to explain to Trip Tucker that "there are rules...even in war," to justify assisting several unhatched Xindi-Insectoids. (ENT: "Hatchery")

Mohawk Punk on Bus []

This punk, who wore a mohawk, was playing the song "I Hate You" on a stereo on a bus in 1986 San Francisco. James T. Kirk and Spock, who had traveled back in time, were annoyed by the loud rock music, and Kirk asked the punk to "turn off that damn noise". When the punk instead turned up the volume and gave Kirk the middle finger, Spock administered a Vulcan nerve pinch and the punk went unconscious, his face falling on the stereo and turning it off, much to the joy of the rest of the bus passengers, who applauded Spock's actions. (Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home)

Thirty-eight years later, on April 12th, 2024, he took another bus commute in Los Angeles, loudly playing his music on the same boombox. However, when asked by Seven of Nine to "stop that noise", he humbly complied and apologized, claiming that he just really liked that song. (PIC: "Watcher")

The punk was played by Kirk Thatcher, who also happens to be the one performing "I Hate You". Thatcher has tweeted that the character's name was Krash. [1]
As a result of Kevin Feige being a fan of The Voyage Home, he offered Thatcher a chance to reprise his role somewhat in Spider-Man: Homecoming. [2]
In his appearance on Star Trek: Picard, he was credited as Kirk Randolph Thatcher and credited as "Mohawk Punk". He, Dimitri Valtane, Lojur, the Borg Queen, Admiral Hayes, and B-4 are the only characters to debut in a Star Trek film before appearing in a Star Trek television series.

When the guard told them they weren't allowed up there, Seven pointed out that his co-worker, Kevin had previously let them up their, and upon hearing so, claimed to be more fun than Kevin, and allowed them to remain. He shot his machine gun at the feet of Picard and his crew who had been brought by Q to stand trial for the crimes of Humanity. Tasha Yar disarmed him and knocked him down. Q declared him out of order, and as he was being executed, he sniffed narcotics that were attached to his suit, so he could die happy. (TNG: "Encounter at Farpoint")

The Mandarin bailiff was a character in the post-atomic horror court scenario created by Q in 2364. He ordered the prisoners to stand as he introduced Q and then read the charges, declaring Humans as a savage species. He later handed Captain Picard the PADD with the four charges to read them out loud. (TNG: "Encounter at Farpoint")

The Mandarin bailiff was played by featured actor Cary-Hiroyuki.

These army soldiers were part of the post-atomic horror era and were present when Q transported Captain Picard, Deanna Troi, Data, and Tasha Yar to a World War III-style courtroom to stand trial for the crimes of Humanity.
