Charles "Pete" Conrad, Jr. was a 20th century American astronaut in NASA's Apollo program. He was a crewmember, along with Gordon and Bean, on Apollo 12. During the mission, Conrad was photographed standing next to the American flag on the lunar surface. As well, he was a crewmember, along with Kerwin and Weitz, on Skylab 2.
In 2143, the assignment patches for these missions were on display in the 602 Club. These patches bore the astronaut's last name. (ENT: "First Flight")
