A cooked lobster
A lobster was an aquatic animal from Earths oceans with large claws and an exoskeleton. They are considered a delicacy by Humans.
In 2375, Seven of Nine and William Chapman tried to have a lobster dinner on their date. But Seven was unfamiliar with the species, and how to eat it. When The Doctor showed her that she was supposed to crack the shell, she did so and sprayed little pieces of lobster meat on Lieutenant Chapman. At that point he thought it would be best if they skipped to dessert. (VOY: "Someone to Watch Over Me")
When Tom Paris created a holographic movie theater in 2377, one of the movies he showed in 3-D was "Attack of the Lobster People", a movie about humanoid-lobsters. (VOY: "Repression")
