The IKS Vorn was a Klingon Bird-of-Prey that was in service with the Klingon Defense Force in the mid-24th century.
In 2367, Duras traveled aboard the Vorn when he attended the Sonchi ceremony in the Gamma Arigulon system after Chancellor K'mpec's death. Later, he attended the Rite of Succession held aboard the USS Enterprise-D. Lieutenant Worf boarded the Vorn to claim the Right of Vengeance against Duras after he learned that Duras had killed his mate K'Ehleyr. William T. Riker and Data boarded the Vorn to find Worf, but only in time to watch Worf strike the killing blow against Duras. (TNG: "Reunion")
The Starships RPG sourcebook gives its registry as IKC-49001. In the episode, it was never stated whether Duras was the actual commander of the Vorn, or whether he was even a member of the Klingon Defense Force.
According to Star Trek: Star Charts (p. 65) and Stellar Cartography: The Starfleet Reference Library ("Federation Historical Highlights, 2161-2385"), there was a star system named Vorn, which might be the possible origin for the name of this starship, in the Beta Quadrant. The system's primary was an F-class star. It was the site of a historic battle.
