The House of K'toh-maag was a Klingon Great House.

Captain Kathryn Janeway claimed to belong to his house while bluffing the characters of a Hirogen's Klingon simulation in 2374. Neelix, brainwashed into believing he was one of the Klingons in the program, claimed to have never heard of it. Janeway responded that she was not surprised, as the house was from far away from the setting of the program. (VOY: "The Killing Game, Part II")

The House of K'toh-maag were possible enemies in the Ferengi-made board game Bat'leths & BiHnuchs. (LD: "The Least Dangerous Game")
