Foie gras (French for "fat liver") was an ancient Earth delicacy originating from the country of France and made from the liver of a duck or goose.
In 2377, after an encounter with the Lokirrim, Seven of Nine replicated a meal of foie gras with truffles and a bottle of Château d'Yquem, the ideal accompaniment according to the culinary database.
