Hal Donahue (born 15 February 1933; age 91) is an actor who appeared as a background performer in several episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation. He received no credit for his appearances and was identified by the call sheets for the episodes. Donahue filmed his scene for the fifth season episode "Redemption II" on Wednesday 10 July 1991 on Paramount Stage 8. For "The First Duty", Donahue filmed his scenes on Monday 27 January 1992 on location at the Japanese Garden and on Friday 31 January 1992 and Monday 3 February 1992 on Paramount Stage 16.

In 2003 he portrayed Dr. Charles Gregory in the drama The Commission. Fellow Trek actors Corbin Bernsen, Stephen Collins, Henry Gibson, D.C. Douglas, Sam Anderson, Terrence Beasor, Jim Beaver, Morgan H. Margolis, Glenn Morshower, and John Vargas also appeared in this film.

Before his work on Star Trek, he was involoved in the film Pretty Woman (1990, with Jason Alexander, Elinor Donahue, Abdul Salaam El Razzac, Larry A. Hankin, Norman Large, and Dey Young). His career also included appearances in numerous print and TV commercials, as well as a number of voiceovers. [1]
