In the Star Trek Online novel The Needs of the Many, the character is given the name Kopyc K'narf (β) after the actor who played the character.

Ambassador []

This ambassador narrowly missed being knocked over by K'retok after General Martok threw him off a crossway in Deep Space 9. The event shook her badly. Though Odo wished to use this incident as an example of Martok's wreaking havoc on the station, Worf reminded him that he had missed her, after all. (DS9: "Ferengi Love Songs")

This archaeologist was participating in the symposium of the Federation Archaeology Council held aboard the USS Enterprise-D in 2367. He witnessed the disappearance of Captain Jean-Luc Picard and his senior staff. (TNG: "Qpid")

This Archaeologist was played by background actor Buddy Daniels Friedman who received no credit for this part.
Friedman filmed his scenes on 8 February 1991 on Paramount Stage 8 and was listed as "Blue Alien" on the call sheet.
His suit was previously worn by actor Mark Margolis as Nel Apgar in the episode "A Matter of Perspective" and was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]

Arlin's cousin []

This individual was the cousin of Lysia Arlin. According to Arlin, they were interested in a career in law enforcement.

In 2370, Arlin visited Deep Space 9's security office several times, claiming it was on behalf of her cousin. When Jadzia Dax commented on Arlin's visits to Odo, he explained the reason she gave. Dax didn't believe a word of it and felt it was an excuse for a lovesick Arlin to see him. (DS9: "Shadowplay")

A female official attended the Trade Agreements Conference on Betazed in 2366 and also the banquet in Ten Forward aboard the USS Enterprise-D. She had a talk with Lieutenant Jones. (TNG: "Ménage à Troi")

This official was played by an unknown actress, who wore one of Anne Jameson's dresses from the episode "Too Short A Season".
Having hair appears to be rather unusual for Bolians, however, this individual appears to be yet another exception. She was the second to appear with hair.

A female civilian wearing a pink dress with a vest walked by Harry Kim when he left his apartment in San Francisco in 2372 of an alternate timeline. (VOY: "Non Sequitur")

This female civilian was played by recurring background actress Mary Meinel-Newport.
She filmed her scenes on Tuesday 25 July 1995 and Wednesday 26 July 1995 on location at the New York Street lot and is listed as "Bolean Pedestrian" on the call sheets.

The were later present in the solarium during the Essentialists conducted their "raid" there. (DS9: "Let He Who Is Without Sin...")

The female was played by uncredited background actress Lisa Vanasco; the male was portrayed by an unknown actor.
They were identified in the script with the description of "two Bolians, male and female, standing against a neutral backdrop, inclining their bald heads toward each other until their foreheads touch."

While doing character sketches for future stories, Jake Sisko observed this short man leaving a transport, walking arm-in-arm with a dabo girl. Jake speculated that he was wearing a toupée in an attempt to impress the girl. (DS9: "The Muse")

He was described in the script as "a short, blue BOLIAN walks arm-and-arm with a leggy Bajoran DABO GIRL; he's wearing fancy clothes and, oddly, he has hair."

In 2375, their personality was among those that Seven of Nine manifested while under the influence of a malfunctioning vinculum. Kathryn Janeway swapped jokes with this individual. (VOY: "Infinite Regress")

As they walked the promenade, he was a few paces ahead of them as they entered Malvus' Goods. Hew as later chatting with another Vulcan nearby when the kart Mariner was driving crashed through the entrance to The Lucky Ferengi. (LD: "An Embarrassment Of Dooplers")

Later that year, he visited the spa aboard the Dove. (LD: "Room for Growth")
