Doug Spearman (born 3 September 1962; age 61) is the actor who portrayed the alien buyer in the Star Trek: Voyager fourth season episode "Concerning Flight". He filmed his scene on Thursday 18 September 1997 on Paramount Stage 16.

Spearman was born in Washington, DC and has acted since he was ten. He appeared in television series such as Profiler (1996, with Ian Patrick Williams and Dennis Christopher), Charmed (1998), Girlfriends (2000, starring Golden Brooks), Gideon's Crossing (2001, with Randy Mulkey), The Drew Carey Show, and MAD TV.

He also played supporting roles in the short films Payback (1999), Different Places (2001), and Odessa or Bust (2001, with Jason Alexander, Gina Hecht, and Joel Brooks), and in Cradle 2 the Grave (2003, with Gabrielle Union, Michael Jace, Tim Storms, Tom McCleister, Chic Daniel, Daniel Dae Kim, Troy Brenna, and Kevin Grevioux).

More recently, Spearman portrayed Professor Chance Counter in the comedy series Noah's Arc (2005-2006) and Noah's Arc: Jumping the Broom (2008). He has appeared in a few stage plays, including A Few Good Men, The Ice Pick, and The Hollow Lands.

More recently, Spearman appeared in the horror thriller The Shoot (2014), the drama Halfway to Zen (2016), the crime drama Trouble Is My Business (2016), and in an episode of Great News (2017, with Andrea Martin). He also worked as writer, executive producer, and director on the action comedy Hot Guys with Guns (2013) and the romance Welcome, Sinners (2014).
