A Feminist was someone aiming at establishing equal rights for women.
Ishka was a feminist, and managed to influence her Grand Nagus to allow women to wear clothes, so they could go out and make profit. For this, Quark accused her of making Grand Nagus Zek dance to her evil, feminist tune. (DS9: "Profit and Lace")
