Everett Lee (24 July 192828 April 2013; age 84) was a martial artist and actor who played a cafe owner in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.

Born in Kansas City, Missouri, Lee was raised in San Wui, China where he was trained in martial arts until he returned to the United States in 1941. After he served in the US Army, Lee continued his martial arts training and became known as Master of the Choy Lee Fut style on Kung Fu and the Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan. Residing in San Francisco, Lee also worked as an actor and appeared in episodes of Monty Nash (1971, with George Sawaya), The Streets of San Francisco, and Midnight Caller (1991, starring Gary Cole, directed by James A.
