Morgan was the assistant to co-producer Colleen Nystedt on the 1993 thriller Arctic Blue and worked as post-production assistant on the family adventure Far from Home: The Adventures of Yellow Dog (1995, with Bruce Davison).
As second assistant production coordinator she contributed to the television drama Abducted: A Father's Love (1996, with Megan Gallagher and Daniel Roebuck) and the television drama The Perfect Mother (1997, with Gwynyth Walsh). As assistant production coordinator Morgan worked on the thriller Fear (1996), the television drama Their Second Chance (1997, with Melanie Shatner), the television romance Jitters (1997), the television series Sleepwalkers (1997-1998, starring Bruce Greenwood and guest starring Ray Wise, Harry Groener, Daphne Ashbrook, Paul Dooley, and Patrick Kilpatrick) and Strange World (1999-2000, featuring Glenn Morshower, co-executive produced by Manny Coto, and co-produced by Tracey D'Arcy), and the crime comedy Chain of Fools (2000).
As production coordinator, Morgan's credits include the horror comedy Bordello of Blood (1996, with Chris Sarandon, William Sadler, and Whoopi Goldberg), the television thriller Medusa's Child (1997, directed by Larry Shaw and starring John Glover and Vyto Ruginis), the television science fiction pilot Max Q (1998, starring William O. Campbell, Ned Vaughn, and Geoffrey Blake), the television series Level 9 (2000-2001, guest starring Willie Garson, Leslie Hope, J. Patrick McCormack, and Jim Metzler), the thriller Insomnia (2002, with Paul Dooley), the science fiction thriller The Butterfly Effect (2004, director of photography Matthew F. Leonetti), the comedy sequel Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed (2004), the fantasy sequel Underworld: Evolution (2006, with Scott McElroy, Richard Cetrone, Mike Mukatis, and co-producer Kevin Grevioux), the comic adaptation Watchmen (2009, with Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Rob LaBelle, Stephen McHattie, and Matt Frewer), the pilot episode of The Vampire Diaries (2009), the science fiction film 2012 (2009), the fantasy film Sucker Punch (2011), and the action sequel Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol (2011, with Simon Pegg, produced by J.J. Abrams, Bryan Burk, Jeffrey Chernov, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Tommy Harper, Ben Rosenblatt, and Paul Schwake, music by Michael Giacchino, and costume design by Michael Kaplan).
More recently, Morgan worked as production coordinator on the science fiction sequel G.I. Joe: Retaliation (2013, starring Dwayne Johnson and with Joe Chrest, Marcelo Tubert, James Lew, and Jim Palmer, executive produced by Skydance Productions executives David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Paul Schwake, and cinematography by Stephen F. Windon) and on the science fiction film Tomorrowland (2015, written and produced by Damon Lindelof, produced by Jeffrey Chernov, music by Michael Giacchino, cinematography by Claudio Miranda, and production design by Scott Chambliss).
