Template:Realworld Eric Pierpoint (born 18 November 1950; age 73) is best known for his role as George Francisco on FOX Television's Alien Nation. Francisco's Human partner in that series was played by frequent Star Trek: Enterprise guest star Gary Graham; TNG guest star Michele Scarabelli, VOY guest star Ron Fassler, and DS9/VOY guest star Tiny Ron also starred in this series. Pierpoint has appeared on all of the Star Trek spinoffs.
Pierpoint's first Trek role was on Star Trek: The Next Generation in 1993. He played Ambassador Voval in "Liaisons". His next appearance was as Captain Sanders in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "For the Uniform". In the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Barge of the Dead", Pierpoint played Kortar, the first Klingon, who carries dishonored Klingons to Gre'thor. Pierpoint has had two roles in Star Trek: Enterprise: he played Shiraht in "Rogue Planet" and Harris in "Affliction", "Divergence", "Demons" and "Terra Prime".
Outside of Star Trek, he appeared on Babylon 5, on the last episode of the fourth season, alongside Star Trek guest stars such as Andreas Katsulas and Patricia Tallman. He had a guest starring role on the fifth season of the show Sliders. He also appeared in the 1997 film Liar, Liar along with Anne Haney, Mitchell Ryan and Chip Mayer. Pierpoint has also landed guest roles on Jerry Bruckheimer's older CSI shows, on both occasions working with Trek alumni. On CSI: Miami he performed in the episode "Nothing To Lose" with Jennifer Gatti; on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation he appeared in the episode "Bull" with Joseph Campanella, Wallace Langham and Liz Vassey.
