Commodore Enwright was a 23rd century Starfleet flag officer who served as the commander of Starbase 6 during the late 2260s.

In 2268, Commodore Enwright ordered the USS Enterprise to his station, where the Enterprise took on Commodore Robert Wesley with orders to test Dr. Richard Daystrom's experimental M-5 computer. (TOS: "The Ultimate Computer")

The voice of the unseen commodore was provided by James Doohan. In the original version of this episode, Commodore Enwright's starbase was simply a reuse of the Deep Space K-7 studio model from "The Trouble with Tribbles", and was never identified by name. In the remastered 2008 version of this episode, the station was given a new design, and a formal designation printed on the base which read "Starbase 6." Information pertaining to update was obtained from Michael Okuda.
