Ennis leader Shel-la
The Ennis are a faction of a humanoid species, and are the mortal enemies of the Nol-Ennis faction. Along with the Nol-Ennis, they were trapped on a planet in the Gamma Quadrant where death was forgone by microcellular technology that only functioned within the confines of the planet's atmosphere, effectively sentencing them to an eternal war with the Ennis.
