Anan 7, an Eminian male

The Eminians were a humanoid species native to the planet Eminiar VII. They had been fighting a war with neighboring planet Vendikar entirely by computer for five hundred years, killing three million people a year, before James T. Kirk put a stop to it in 2267. The High Council of the Eminian Union then agreed to the establishment of full normal diplomatic relations with the Federation. (TOS: "A Taste of Armageddon")
