Els Renora (born 2269) was a Bajoran arbiter. In 2369, when she was one hundred years old, she heard arguments in the case for extradition of Jadzia Dax from Deep Space 9 for charges of murder and treason on Klaestron IV. She was straight forward and somewhat blunt, having no patience for the overzealous arguments of Ilon Tandro and telling him so.

Ilon Tandro claimed that as host to the Dax symbiont, Jadzia shared in its guilt for crimes that Tandro alleged Curzon Dax to have committed, including betraying his father General Ardelon Tandro to the rebels during the Klaestron Civil War. Renora ultimately ruled against Tandro's request when evidence exonerating Dax of the crimes was brought forward.

She had a great-granddaughter who was Jadzia's age at the time. (DS9: "Dax")

Els Renora was played by Anne Haney.
According to the script, Renora was pronounced as "ren-O-ruh".
A younger Els appears in the Star Trek: Terok Nor novel Day of the Vipers.
