Lieutenant Edward Hagler was a Starfleet officer and crewmember aboard the USS Enterprise-D in 2369. His quarters were on Deck 7, section 19, room 1947.
Hagler was one of several officers abducted by the solanagen-based lifeforms and subjected to bizarre medical experimentation. One such procedure caused his blood to transform into a liquid polymer. The alterations were irreversible, and Hagler died shortly after being returned to the Enterprise. (TNG: "Schisms")
