Dumah
Councilor Dumah was a humanoid who assisted Gaumen in negotiations with USS Voyager for passage through their territory. The B'omar were a xenophobic race and laid out many restrictions for the passage. Dumah and Gaumen ended the negotiations when Seven of Nine entered their territory without permission to look for the ship that she and her parents were on before they were assimilated. (VOY: "The Raven")
Dumah was played by actor Mickey Cottrell.
The costume worn by Cottrell as Dumah was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction. According to the costume tags, Cottrell shared this costume with Richard J. Zobel, Jr. who portrayed Gaumen.
