Drakian Forest dwellers were a Delta Quadrant tribe associated with paranormal abilities. These might manifest upon walking into a room.

In 2371, Neelix compared Kes' telepathic abilities to those of Drakian Forest dwellers. (VOY: "Time and Again")

In the final draft script of "Time and Again", Neelix described the Drakian Forest dwellers in more detail than he does in the final version of the episode. He told Kes, "They can walk into an empty room and see images of people who had recently been there. I'll take you to meet them sometime... they make a delicious syrup from tree sap," though Neelix was interrupted by Kes before he could say much more.
According to StarTrek.com, this syrup was one of the items Neelix traded in. [1]
